Minutes of the previous AGM

Moved that minutes of the 2015 AGM held on 1 July 2015 are a true and correct record of the Meeting.  Moved G Boston, Seconded J McCarthy and carried.

President’s Report

Grant Boston presented a verbal report. He noted that:

• The purchase of the Playcentre is proceeding, albeit it slowly. A challenge for the incoming committee is to attract users to the facility;
• The cost of electricity supply continues to be an issue;
• The cycling meetings organised by Anne and Craig were very successful, raising the BMRA’s public profile and serving the BMRA’s purpose to represent resident’s concerns

Moved that the report be accepted.  Moved G Boston, Seconded C Thorn and carried.

Treasurer’s Report

Grant Boston spoke to the 2016 Financial Report.

Moved that the report be accepted. Moved G Boston Seconded A Boston and carried.
